These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Codabase website at codabase.ai and any early access or waitlist participation. By accessing the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms.

Early access & waitlist

Codabase is currently in early development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific timeline for delivery. We reserve the right to grant or decline access at our sole discretion. We may change, pause, or discontinue the product at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law. You may not use automated scripts to submit waitlist entries in bulk.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Codabase and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any Codabase software or technology.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and any information provided are offered “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product descriptions and capabilities are subject to change and should not be relied upon as commitments.
